I have been in the Home Improvement industry for over 42 years. I am proud to say that I have done work for thousands of Lapeer County residents and surrounding counties as well. I started in 1971 after serving 3 years in the military from 1968-1971. In 1971 I went to work for Antcliff Aluminum in Burton working with Aluminum Windows.

The longevity of our company is directly related to having outstanding products and striving for complete customer satisfaction. Without either, our company would have been gone years ago. My company has a loyal group of experienced people working for me. They are interested in the success of the business and know that it depends on your satisfaction. David

Daniel Arsenault is the founder's son. He and David became partners of the company several years ago. Daniel joined our company full-time as part-owner, bringing his building expertise and experience in growing our company with more home improvement options such as roofing. Daniel worked as an installer for the company back in the 1990's, branching off and going on his own remodeling homes after hurricane Katrina. After years of doing that, he was called on by his father to return and grow Lapeer Awning and Window.

Michelle

Michelle has worked for Lapeer Awning and Window for over 24 years. Her job is to keep the company running as smoothly as possible. She is the glue that holds the business together with a smile on her face every step of the way. She continues her education by staying up-to-date on products and service. Some of Michelle's many job duties are to handle scheduling, financing, and in-house sales. Michelle takes pride in customer service and getting the job done right the first time.

David Kent began his career in windows and doors at the age of 20. Dave has spent over 40 years of experience happily working for three generations of the founder's family, the Arsenaults. His experience has credited him with thousands of happy customers because of his dedication to top-quality workmanship and customer approval. David takes his pride on perfecting his craft. David is a certified Master Installer and certified in Led Safe window replacement.

Chip

We would like to welcome aboard Charles, a.k.a. “Chip”. That is what his friends and family call him, and for everyone he meets it’s very easy to become his friend. He comes to us with 42 years of experience in the remodeling trade. Starting his career in the 1980's building garages and additions, he went on to do roofing and siding from the mid 1990's and forward. In 2010 he was in a terrible bike accident which left him not able to work for nearly 3 years. Once he made a full recovery, he started on as a service technician and a window and door installer. Chip is certified in residential door installation and brings his window and door installation expertise to life on every job he does. Chip takes pride in his workmanship, and we are very pleased to have him join our company as a full-time employee.

Sean

Sean comes to us with a great deal of experience in the home improvement industry. He learned from the best by working with his father as a teenager. Sean is 37 years old and is a father to 3 boys and 1 girl; he has been married to his wife for 10 years. He enjoys working with homeowners and using his special skills to transform their homes into beautiful places. Sean takes pride in his workmanship, and has indicated to us how completely grateful he is to have joined our company. We look forward to a long-lasting relationship with him.
